Shipping Policy​

Due to Covid19, all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.  However, during new releases, sales and restocks, it can take up to 20 business days to process based on the order received. This is not inclusive of holidays and shipping times.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please note, any delays incurred by the courier is at their discretion and nt at the discretion of Negris LeBrum.

INTERNATIONAL:

 

 All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.

*International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival.  Note, Negris LeBrum is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed. We do not offer signature services for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Return & Exchange Policy

We only return and exchange damaged products only:


Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

Returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days from the original purchase date. The return or exchange will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks from the time the items are received.

What you need to do: Email us with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Once contacted, Customer Service will provide you with easy-to-follow instructions that will make dealing with us, a true pleasure.
